Promote and support women's careers? Maybe what I say will spark discussion, but in my many years of career I have met many women who have dominated, held top positions, and built their careers. However, I'm having a hard time finding so many men that I can say the same thing about! So I believe women have a powerful position. but! We may need to invest more effort and time to achieve these successes. The idea of sisterhood is certainly key. We can show support for each other by liking, commenting, and C Level Contact List sharing, or by participating in women-owned events, groups, or affiliates. How can we encourage more women to consider a digital career in e-commerce?is more career-focused. I remember that during my studies, almost no one was working and very few people really knew which direction they were heading. It's completely different now. Of course, providing internships and apprenticeships specifically for women helps inform these industries and encourages development in this direction. Seeó Do you wish someone had given you one piece of advice at the beginning of your career. What advice would you give to other women at the beginning of their careers? My first marketing boss may not have given me specific advice, but most importantly, she gave me an opportunity. I was a college graduate with no experience and unemployment was high at the time. Despite this, I was given the opportunity to trust and learn, which has led me to where I am today. I also believe that every professional experience can teach us a lot, which is especially important in the marketing field.
