Promote and support women's careers? Maybe what I say will spark discussion, but in my many years of career I have met many women who have dominated, held top positions, and built their careers. However, I'm having a hard time finding so many men that I can say the same thing about! So I believe women have a powerful position. but! We may need to invest more effort and time to achieve these successes.

I was a college graduate with no experience and unemployment was high at the time. Despite this, I was given the opportunity to trust and learn, which has led me to where I am today. I also believe that every professional experience can teach us a lot, which is especially important in the marketing field.
